Properties are located at Villas De Las Flores and Palm Springs Golf and Tennis. Both communities are beautiful and enjoy resort style amenities including heated pools, hot tubs and tennis/pickle ball courts with picturesque mountain views and is very quiet.
Properties are beautiful to walk around boasting a variety of citrus trees and desert gardens, and citrus trees. Walking distance to Trader Joe's, Vons, Target and Starbucks.
This is location, location, location for any golf lover - both complexes adjoin the beautiful premier public Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, clubhouse and driving range (less than a 5-10 min walk, you can walk across the fairway).
Downtown Palm Springs is an easy 14 min drive. Popular hotels (including the Parker) and the Agua Caliente casino are minutes away. For those arriving by air, the community is 8 min drive from PS airport. A car or rental car would be recommended for your stay, however major grocery stores are with-in a short walking distance.
